File your annual Unified Carrier Registration Program (UCR) fees using our secure online system to maintain your federal compliance! This program is state-administered and applies to the following carrier types involved in interstate commerce within the USA:
• Motor carriers (public)
• Motor carriers (private)
• Leasing companies
• Freight forwarders
Brokers based in the United States of America, Mexico, or Canada OR companies that participate in international and/or interstate commerce with the USA.
41 US states are participating in federal Unified Carrier System. The following states are not participating: Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Vermont, Wyoming and the District of Columbia. If your sate does not participate in the UCR program, that doesn’t mean you don’t have registar . Any motor carrier who travels over state lines is required to purchase a UCR. If you live in a state that doesn’t participate, you are required to purchase a UCR in the nearest participating state
This UCR registration is per CFR 390.5.
