Cancellation Rights

Under the laws of the State of Texas, Customer is granted the right to cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date of receiving written confirmation. Should Customer decide to cancel within the allotted time frame, any payments or other forms of consideration that have already been made by Customer will be refunded in full within ten (10) business days following the receipt of the cancellation notice by USDOT Compliance.

To effectuate this cancellation, Customer must send a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice, or any other written notice expressing a desire to cancel, to USDOT Compliance at the address provided above postmarked no later than midnight of the third business day following Customer’s receipt of this notice. Customers may also call 202-660-1434, during business hours Monday – Friday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (Central Standard Time).
